1. Who we are

TouchlineHQ Pro ("we", "us", "our") provides coaching planning software for UK football coaches. We are the data controller of personal data you provide through this site. You can contact us at info@touchlinehqpro.co.uk.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (hashed), profile information.
• Club & coaching data you create: sessions, plans, players, observations, club badges.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, log data, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the platform (contract).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (contract).
• To send service emails, notifications and security alerts (legitimate interests).
• To improve the product and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Sharing your data

We share data with sub-processors that help us run the service: Supabase (hosting & database), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. They process data on our instructions under appropriate contracts.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK-approved transfer mechanisms (UK IDTA or the EU SCCs with the UK Addendum).

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 6 years after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations. Coaching content you create is deleted on request unless we need to retain it for legal reasons.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@touchlinehqpro.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We use Row-Level Security on our database, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and least-privilege server roles to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The service is intended for adult coaches. Coaches may store information about players (including minors) under their own lawful basis as the data controller for that information; we act as processor in that case.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
